Purpose: Fannie Mae Repossessed homes are offered for sale through REALTORS. During the first 15 days only offers from Owner-Occupant buyers will be considered. This gives you an edge over the many investors avidly seeking to buy these properties. Investors and 2^nd homebuyers may offer only after the initial 15 days period.

Propósito: propiedades reposeidas por Fannie Mae son ofrecidas para la venta atraves de REALTORS. Durante los primeros 15 días solamente que van a ocupar la propiedad como residencia primaria, pueden hacer ofertas. Esto le da una ventaja sobre inversionistas que desean estas propiedades. Inversionistas y compradores de 2do hogar pueden ofrecer solo despues de esos 15 días.

Requirements:
1) ONLY “Home Path” Properties qualify.
2) Look for properties with the Logo above.
3) Buyer must pay at least 3% of the Purchase Price as Down Payment, from savings, grant, gift or employer. 2^nd Home/Investor may vary.
4) You could request seller’ contribution of Up To 3% for Closing Costs.
5) REALTORS must search MLS for HomePath properties only.
6) No Mortgage Insurance required. (PMI)
7) No Appraisal fees.
8) Offer with financing MUST include pre-approval by Banking Mortgage Services.
9) Offer MUST include “Proof of Funds”.
10) Minimum Loan Amount $70,000.
11) Home Path “Renovation” loans not available.
