In these Uncertain Times. The Human Being, specially Seniors, needs an element of certainty in our lives. 

My OWN Example: Mid April 2020, I am working at Home on my pending Reverse Mortgage cases. I felt a sharp pain on my right Groin area, called 911 Rescue, They did a EKG(???) and told me it was not a good moment to go to a Hospital. I said "take me", they dropped me off at the nearest Emergency Room. X Rays, Appendicitis (yes at 79 years of age). Emergency surgery without waiting 7 days for my blood thinners to wear off. Easy Operation (3 little holes) went well, but  then started to bleed out, another cut (very large) in the abdomen, Respirator, 4pts of blood, Almost bought a Ticket to the other side, ICU, 2 more pts of blood,15 days in hospital, Then in slow recovery.

My certainty was shot to smithereens. But I have my Reverse Mortgage on my Condo. At least, I was certain my home was safe since I would not miss any Mortgage payments and get my condo foreclosed. What a Peace of Mind!!!
